Beautiful Roma
Been a week since I got back from Rome and it was a fabulous experience. The thing about school trips is that you get a crammed itinerary taking in far more than you might as a tourist...never a dull moment. So here are a few of my favourite memories.

Awesome photos! You could make a travel brochure with those. Beautiful places. Maybe you should go there on vacation sometime.

Re: Beautiful Roma
Roma is really a beautiful city and you feel the history flow from most places. It is very exciting to walk on the same road that Ceasar have walked on and to visit the home of Augustus...
Don't forget to see the Vatican museum, even if the wait can be long but the artwork is truly impressive!

"I am told I have a good eye for lighting and composition" ... You have the artist's eye. You see the art in things. You know a good scene when you see one or make one like you do for Buddy World.

Re: Beautiful Roma
Lovely photos!
I visited Italy and Rome in the 1970s. My 'Ex' was Catholic so we timed our tour to attend one of the public audiences with the Pope and entourage.
BTW, you didn't see a pair of Foster Grant sunglasses laying about? I think I left them just right inside St. Peter's Basillica when I was snapping some photos.

See Rome is to take the huge risk to love this city. I do not know why Americans often looking for the tomb of Jesus among all churches. He is never going to rome.
