This is a product I just found called Tekla.

The first link is an actual viewer in action. You can zoom and rotate all around your model like Trueplay, and if you click on an object or mouse over, it shows you an info panel.
The key is that it is only a viewer. You can take a screen shot and fly all around, but no editing or saving.

It would be great if trueplay had this feature or if you as the trueserver could limit things to act in the same way.
