DXF is about the most useless format for tS. One sided polygons and decomposing it makes every face a separate object. The converter made the DXF .05 unit tall so I increased that to .5 then deleted the faces making up a numeral 1 and an arrow from the middle of the graph then scaled it to 4x4 just to make things simpler.
Some eyeball work and a bit of math found that the difference between the full circles is .6666666(infinity) I rounded that off to .666
The arcs, which I have here as full circles, are .8, 2, 4, 8, 20 units.
In the zip is a scene file with all the circles .5 high, and an object with the circles stepped in height as shown in the screen grab. The POS DXF is in the scene too, had to do the screen grab to show the original due to it being all one sided with bad geometry from crossed edges. Perhaps a better HPGL/1 to DXF converter would've done a better job.
I can see the stepped circles with some detail added to turn it into a terraced garden, or alter the heights to make it a weird castle or who knows what.
Have fun with it. It's something weird/cool that came out on my old plotter and I just had to find a way to get it into trueSpace.
