New TSX - DDAxes

Post by DesignDevil »

DDAxes is my newest PlugIn for trueSpace 6.6 or tS 7.x modeler side.

It moves the axis in the World Coordinate System. It keeps axis orientation/rotation and works with polygonal objects.

It offers two different -but complementary- tools to change axis location: Select the right-clic on the tSX icon to operate a tool that snaps axis to the bounding box max/min/center values, choose the left-clic on the tSX icon to use vertex location as new location via a selection in Point Edition mode.

Help file is included. Thanks 1000 times to Emmanuel for this.

That tool exists : that's SelectLoop 1.00 by Chikara Kojima 8-)
It selects both edges and loops : L clic for edges, R clic for faces.

Almost all Workspace PE tools are available in Modeler via plugins. I only miss Workspace's Point Edit Snapping that allows to draw perpendicular edges for example.

@bitkar - there are a lot more "PointEdit" Tools. Called "PolyTools" (all from chikara Kojima). This is a "must have" for tS users. http://www.designdevil.de/index.php?men ... =polytools

And here you will find a tutorial for the tools: http://www.render-lab.com/Polytools_tut.htm
