Can the Radial Array make the rotation of the objects always point to the center.

Here is a way to do it. This is also useful for doing other things with arrays.

Just make the array with no regard for which way the items point. Then select any one of the objects. You can select them the same way as selecting an object within a group. Then you can use the rotate and scale tools on the selected one and the others will change too. Rotate them so the desired parts point to the center.

I find it best to do the rotations using the right mouse button in a top or side view window.
