Re: Crowd Simulations
Fabric Engine has a good crowd simulator splice (Horde). I think free. I can't seem to find it, I wonder if it comes with it. I wish Fabric Engine was spliced into Blender..

Re: Crowd Simulations
Just a hint! You can sort of crowd simulate poser figures inside Vue...
You can brush figures with the ecobrush onto any kind of surface...
even animated!!!! All you need is the basic renderer and the eco brush module.!!!!
I also worka with collada animated objects or just still object

Re: Crowd Simulations
I was thinking three sumo wrestlers in the same room would be a good crowd simulator.

Re: Crowd Simulations
I think affordable systems like this will appear.
World War Z's zombies where done by MPC with their in house crowd system called Alice. link
A system for Blender called Blender People was being made but I think production of that stopped.
Then Massive at $16K is not for you either. linkclintonman wrote:$6599 is a little bit outside of my budget.
Ha ha ha! Thanks James. I haven't had a good laugh in a while.jamesmc wrote:I was thinking three sumo wrestlers in the same room would be a good crowd simulator.
