hi DarkScythe, that did not work the back of his hesd and half of his
eyes dont move when i move the haed, maybe i should make the back head a bit smaller
and delete the eyes and add them seperately.
thanks

is that model imported to blender... because most import model if you bind it to armature the assigning of weight vertices
are not correct, it's seems a bug I am not sure... did you check that all the bone have the correct vertex weight assign to them also you must check the weight color, sometimes the color blue (no weight or zero weight) are not totaly blue sometimes you had to paint more... sometimes the color light blue ( need to paint it) is almost the same color of no weight color blue... if this don't work the other way that I able to pull it is delete the vertex group that is having problem then assign it manually ( the tutorial is below).... and sometimes also you need to delete the "armature modifier" then assign it manually (and assign the target armature to the target field of the modifier)..

maybe you can apply "recalculate outside" the same that you did to your other model.

I guessing it is a bug I encounter it mostly to imported .obj model but model that created in blender seems to assign it right ( well sometimes not).

tutorial below about armature....

Hi again could not open the tutorial but i have seen god knows how many on rigging
and weight paintig. also my books on blender came yesterday .
i can recomend anyone wanting to learn blender get the books
Blender for Dummys ,blender lighting and rendering in 2.5. and mastering blender
and watch as many vidio tutorials you can.
I personaly think its a easy app when you know the basics of what does what.
and what you dont know watch a vid or read .
as for my alien fellow i still have a prob with the eyes
looks like i must do some reading
