Uneven surfaces

Post by bkjernisted »

I,ve designed a house and am afraid all exterior walls are not even. Is there a material I can put on the exterior to even this out? I have Smak, Dogwaffle,Krita,Filter forge, Cinema 4d studio and architectural bundle, Octane Render, and Fryrender. I followed the Truespace House tutorial and used Truespace 7.61.Anybody who has followed this tutorial may understand why all wall surfaces may not be even! Thanks!

Can you show us some images of what you are trying to describe?

I'm going to try texturing because these imperfections could simply be some of the rendering perfections you see when you are close up. For example sometime I get a shot of a crooked handrail. Are there any other recommendations out there.

I am sorry but I can't tell what is going on with the images you have provided.... can you post the scene file? I will take a look and give you what feedback I can.

iam not sure, maybe directx7 realtime display causes bad object display when eye is near object (which is know limitation of dx7). When you render it using lightworks or other shader, it should be ok. The same dx9 realtime in workspace side of tS. Maybe you should use wireframe mode.

was it what you thought?
