Hello all,
I'm importing characters into 6.6 from Poser using the luuv plugin and having problems with eyes and eyelashes.
After breaking down the hierarchy, I've tried to fix the eye globe transparency but can't get it to look like it did in Poser. The eye lashes seem to be missing transperency maps.
Have you experienced this? Do you Know a way to fix it or prevent the issue before export from Poser?
Thanks

Re: Poser import: eye issues
Check in Poser in Hierarchy to make sure you have them selected to export.
The other problem maybe that the textures that Poser is using are not valid in TS.
You may have to manually assign the textures and trans maps on the eyes and lashes in TS.
Some types of textures will not follow the model.

Hi there, invendev.
There is a 3 page illustrated tutorial available for download which goes into great detail about resolving the known issues importing Poser objects into tS with the LUUV plug-in. I have provided the link below.

Re: Poser import: eye issues
One more thing to add.
Some of the shaders that poser uses are specific to Poser only and can not be exported.
Majority of the time when I export a figure into TS it is to modify the object not to do the texturing.
I use TS as a modeler and Poser for the animation.
