Normal Flippin'

Post by Rhino169 »

Can anyone think of a way to flip normals faster than the "normal" way?

I believe the tool only works on one object at a time. I think I have to right click on each object and then click the icon.

Can it do a group of glued objects?

The icon I am clicking on is called" flip all faces". It's a green cube with red curved arrows on the 3 faces.

I haven't seen an icon called "flip all normals" .... I assume this is the same.

I was hoping to be able to highlight or group a bunch of stuff and click a command and be done.

I may have hundreds to flip.

Thanks for any guidance,
Jeff :bananaclaus:

There is an other tool called "flip all normals of object" that will flip all your object in one clic.
In the Icon Finder it is located in the 6th row, 3rd column.

So if you flip a normal does it become an abnormal? :)
