Doc files can be converted to pdf file freely with this url : http://convertonlinefree.com/
EDIT: to have the complete tutorial, you need to download the "Reference_Mapping_Method_part_1.pdf" file and the "Reference_Mapping_Method_part_3.doc" file, for the doc file use the link i gived in the first line to convert the doc file in pdf file. In fact the first pdf file have the 2 part of the tutorial merge in one pdf, you don't need to download the part 2 in doc file.

I will include this tutorial with some new shaders for Shadermagic and shaderlab 2.4 founded on the old caligari forum in the Modelside edition V2.
