About the size of radiator hoses but for what function? If metal then maybe part of exhaust system. Wheel bearing parts?

it can be made of aluminium too... you are closer with the "wheel bearing", but its not it. The diameter inner and outter can differ a bit. There are more diameters sold. Usually you have to choose the correct one for you.

Hmm, can be aluminum so they also can be other than aluminum. The photo looks like plastic. Not steel or iron probably means they aren't part of high force mechanical action but the hint like a wheel bearing implies there is some movement. The bevels probably are to make assembly easy. If so then they could work without bevels but likely hard to put together. Varying inner and outer diameter.
I think they hold one round thing inside of another. The parts telescope or rotate but not often and not with great force or high temperatures. What would that be? Hmm.
UPDATE
AH HA! I think I've got it. I'll PM Bitkar so others can continue.

I just got back from vacation and thought they were hand cranks for car windows however that was a guess from Finis.
They certainly look like wheel bearing seals. (inner or outer) Inner or Outer...Inner or Outer.......
There are four of them....hmmmmm (are they inner or outer....inner or outer. Sounds like someone's navel!
Cup holders for a Clown Car?
Ok I give up!

its hub centering rings... filling the space between the wheel hubs and aftermarket wheels with a bigger hub/center hole.

This one is "what was it"?
Now this is a water trough where cattle can drink water. What was it before being converted to this use?
. More clues. Now it is part of a water system consisting of a rain field that directs rain water into a pipe connected to a tank piped to the trough. The system is no longer maintained or functioning.

I was amazed no one tried to guess this one. (including me!)
It looks like it was a test bomb or housing for a bomb dropped in the dessert.
Do I win anything?
