The init and reset js files modifications. They restore missing lines and add a System.Fatal message to prevent bad reset loads.
Contains beta and std versions of the files.

attached is not a clean version of the init.js file
it has changes so it does not depend on the default.ctx file

if there is no default_layout.rsl file, exit without starting tS
doesn't load tS because a final fix would require manually fixing the default_layout.rsl file and manually deleting the default.ctx file
maybe a reset context would make it into a single step of just repairing the layout file

if no default.ctx file exists
include UU objects in the preobject loads then load and run C3DReset
otherwise run the "Close X Cover Panels" script
