Well I just got back from donating a gallbladder...I felt like a rock star.
The gang was rolling and I had the Stones.
The first impression is a switch of some sort but not electrical.

@trueBlue This part is obviously a city skyline with a colorful sunset sky. The two half-round items are probably subway tunnels and the construction below that looks like a UFO base.

@Bitkar At first I thought it was an electrical plug. But there is no wire and one photo shows it is hollow. "4" and probably "twenty" are visible. From the dirt and the strong depth of field I think it is small. I'll guess it is a tool for turning something. The prongs go in holes and the tab provides leverage to turn.

@Steinie Whose gallbladder did you donate?

The side with TWENTY is probably the front, because it's not cool to use it while looking at the hollow side.

Of note is the single hole (near "E") on the plastic body. It's almost penetrating, so I think it's probably meant to be broken with "a wood screw or an iron nail" to fix to a wall etc. That means the three pins may be for hooking something light weight, but I have no idea beyond that.

(It's similar to a tool used by people with hemiplegia to stab vegetables to a chopping board when cooking, but these pins aren't that sharp and robust.)

all guesses make a lot of sense... turning tool sounds very logical, i like it.

Borgcone was right! This little thing is something like a nail. When you dont have a proper drill, you use this. This thing is made to be just hammered into a concrete slab wall (those three nails are pretty hard), so you can hang something on that or such. If you need to hang something heavier, you use one more (and a bit longer) hard nail at an angle to secure that and make it stronger (thats the extra hole prepared to be punched thru). And it can hold TWENTY kilograms :)

Good job everyone!
