Ortho Perspective View Rotation

This test script will add rotation control to a custom ortho view.

Usage:

pushing the button the first time will setup the view widget, lower right, so rotations work in a special ortho view

set the 3d view to a perspective view

all subsequent presses of the button will switch the view between normal perspective and the special ortho view

use the green encircle widget surface to rotate the ortho view

reset the default context when done testing to revert the widget back to normal

The only Rotation I am seeing is in the Isometric View and works really well
All other ortho views:
No rotation and the Shift LDrag does nothing
The movement is like walk but really wild

This idea had too many issue to develop further. Truespace has orthogonal and perspective modes and no way to properly add a 3rd ortho+perps mode.
I put the final experimental version on my website
The only changes is that it has more buttons for adding and removing the widget modifications and it works with the active view instead of just the main view.
