Hey all,
Has anyone successfully installed tS7.61 on a Windows 11 machine??
I am trying. Have tried in compatibility mode, as Admin... I still get the Error 1935 message. UGH!!
This is VERY bad for me. Maybe I need to try 6.6?? I run 7.61 in 6.6 anyway.
Please, if anyone can help??

YES!! I got it folks.
The key is... Delete any previous install attempt. Reboot, nothing open but File Explorer, change Properties to "Compatibility Mode - Windows 8", and Run as Admin. And then it will install just fine.
This really had me worried. Spent a lot of money on a new system. OK, time for a nap.

Glad you got tS installed. Your correct about two of the three reasons but I run trueSpace with Win 11 no problem.

Now, can I figure out which files to transfer from W7 to the W11 machine that holds all the settings I have changed??
I made a bunch of tweaks to suit my workflow. I really hope I don't have to do all that again. Mostly since I don't remember what I did, or where I did it from, or how to find them again.
