I have stepped in with your approval (thanks!) and went ahead to volunteer to be Treasurer to gather funds to then renew the domain and hosting service of these forums this month, and thus breath a bit. If you'd too like to be treasurer, I'll be always open to a poll, but meanwhile, time is ticking.

I do optionally have a Payoneer system for a credit card or escrow system - but that would have to be arranged via PM or to my email at info(at)trinumedia.com
I'm currently sitting at ~30 USD.
The Total that we'd need to proceed would be ideally: ~$250 USD for current hosting and domain renewal for a couple of years.
Minumum: ~$108 USD for 1 year renewal
Costs:
Domain Name with GoDaddy = $28 for one year, $56 two years, $84 three years*
Private Registration with GoDaddy = $15/year
Hosting with InterServer = $4 or $5 per month
Deadline for hosting renewal: 21 of May, 2020
My responsibilities:
1. Be the official owner of the domain name, hosting account, etc. with the companies providing those services.
2. Have the login credentials for the domain name, hosting, etc. accounts.
3. Collect donations from forum members to cover expenses.
3.a. Have a PayPal account or similar global online payment system to receive the donations.
4. Pay the bills.
I'll be transparent about the state of things and update this thread meanwhile, and together we can keep this little town alive and well.
Some of you have expressed a sum loan, to just renew now and then worry about the fund pool later, so that too is welcome. Just let me know, and I'll keep the tabs.
