it looks a bit blown out light to strong or needing compo

Very nice pugman. One more wide-fronded one and you got a complete tropical forest set.
Real nice work.
How many polys for the fern?

Absolutely stunning! Very fast modeling.

Can.. I try out my backscatter shader with one of them? Please please please? I want to see how it looks with it...

Oh! Nice flowers!

A broad leaf one would be good, like the red leaf one, or the long broad leaf one or the banana leaf one. With that I can show you how the backscatter shader works in trueSpace.
