Re: MMC Jan. 2011 - Shipwreck
Well here is my entry: http://united3dartists.com/forum/vi ... 986#p23986 and here: http://united3dartists.com/forum/vi ... 5&start=10
It's not a shipwreck yet and probably never will be since my computer can't handle the model anymore.
However it is a ship and it has totally wrecked my computer so I hope I can still participate in the contest. I will probably not win anyway with all these other cool entries.

Re: MMC Jan. 2011 - Shipwreck
I spy with my little eye...
Here is a real shipwreck. I managed to work my way past all the problems I had by building or editing each part separately. It took a few crashes and I probably had to redo everything twice (if not more).

Re: MMC Jan. 2011 - Shipwreck
...and you thought I wouldn't join?! Hardy Har Har
I'm going down with the ship you Scurvy Dogs!
Modeled waves with soft-selection brush in workSpace.
Modeled Paper ship and applied textures in trueSpace.
Rendered with VRay about 5-10 minutes render time.
p.s
Notice I said "paper ship" instead of "paper boat" so I wouldn't
get disqualified?
