Head Modeling Practice

i tried a new way of making a head. start with the lower jaw. than work you way to the lower neck. the start the upper part of the face. than end it with the back of the head.

i trying to make a female face but it turning out to look like a male :bananasad:
My future project is to have tS work on Mac!!

this is what i used for as a template. your welcome to use it you self.
it a rough daft of what the poly were going to look like it ant perfect but it works good :bananadrum:

made my self well i drawthe lines but not the picture :mrgreen:

Here is the the next stage off my head model.

i put the neck on by extruded the neck than added the poly to it and adjusted more of the jaw area.
My future project is to have tS work on Mac!!

here i added the a more advanced "basic" shaped nose but without nostrils.

did again more adjustment all over. added a little more ploys to it.

Here i added the nostrils, eye sockets, and mouth hole, and again more adjustment to ever thing and more ploys too.

here is what it what look like in SDS 3 mode.

(my computer lags so badly it took aprox. 3 min just to load the 3rd SDS. i hate Windows Machine.)

here i added eyes lids and more adjustment.


i added the eyes and teeth but it doesn't look that good. i need to give this dude ears.
and put in eyes the right way. and teeth and gums the right way too.

again i want this model to be a female head but it turns out to have more of a male out look.

Make a convincing head and then alter it until it looks female or whatever. First make it just look human. Then give it its own look.

Ears can be as complicated as the rest of the head.
