I have, although I mainly use it for adding details, making small modifications or to add cloth effects using the cloth brush. I've never sculpted anything from scratch in Blender as I avoid modelling in Blender like the plague
I don't think it performs as well as Sculptris on my laptop though, I'm currently in Italy spending christmas and new year's at my girlfriend's parents place, and so I don't have access to my workstation.
