Chasys Draw IES & Pixopedia has genius devs for sure...Their stuff is right up there with Project Dogwaffle. Both free & powerful...

There is a new Pixopedia but it don't work on my old XP machines...I am using Pixopedia 2014, which is an animal...

LView is an older commercial product gone free...Very similar to old Jasc PSP...NOTE there is a serial number on that page you will need!!!
