Re: Drivers for 3D Connexion Mouse
Here's a link to the plugin installer.
clintons3d.com/download/3dxtruespace76_v0-1-4278_win32.exe
But as far as I can tell it doesn't work in windows 10
I had to set my computer back to the year 2009 to get by the user account control blocking to install the software. There was some error during installation and then the rsx file refused to load into trueSpace.
I think it will probably work with older versions of windows.

Thank you for the download. Is there something more that I have to do? I installed the file with my date set 1/1/2008. Does it have to be 2009? Is there some setting in trueSpace that has to be turned on? I am running Windows 7.

Re: Drivers for 3D Connexion Mouse
The date should be ok. The reason for it is because the makers put an expiration date on the installer, so you just have to set the date far enough back to get by an error that says something like, this has been disable by the administrator...
I don't think there are any other things to do to use it. If the device is working on your computer then in theory it should work with trueSpace once the rsx plugin is installed and added to trueSpace. Did you add it to the package manager in trueSpace? That's where it stopped working for me. I could install it in the package manager, but not load it.
I found some notes on this forum:

Re: Drivers for 3D Connexion Mouse
I just checked it on a different windows 10 machine that already had it installed and it worked. The previous machine just crashed tS when I tried to use it.
So yeah, it can work.
