Spiffy!

Looks as good if not better than the multi-thousand dollar visualization programs for architects. :)

It is always inspiring to see your work.

How do you find customers now? How did you get your first or early customers?

thanks you very much finis.. the customers came alone.. i have my website with my work, we arrange the price and production time, and that's all.

i receive the money through paypal or western Union 50% at the beginning and the rest before send the project.. i usually send images in low quality to prove that the work is what the customer want..

i think i'm at the 50% of the work..

Just a design question.
is the building a duplex/triplex/ multi-family home?
If not, then I don't understand the walls dividing the balcony.

Light is passing through the 3rd floor fenced balcony, on the right, to a wall on the 2nd floor balcony.

I was kind of wondering about rain and snow in those areas too.

hi guys, all comments are good and i'm agree with you but i have to follow the blueprint no matter if has sense or not. sometimes i found weird things, sometimes i think the architects are good to draw 2D but cant visualize in 3D.
