For those who want to know, to allow people to recast their vote there no technical skill required, you just tick a 'tick box' at the bottom of the screen when you created the poll which said "Allow re-voting" So if you have voted already, you just vote again for the other option you want and it will remove the old vote for you automatically...

allowing recasting of votes is a very bad idea..

Also it is a good idea to close the poll
before declaring a winner..

There was a tie between me and Ranger0101 at the end of the official voting period. The vote changing occurred after the official voting period. So I think the tie breaker poll with a very short voting period would be good.

My picture should be removed from the winner's gallery until the correct winner is determined.
