Something tells me this is not a blade that you swing however....
It would be a great knife to perform 10 circumcisions at once!
It could be for cutting small saplings trees or bamboo.
There is a pin connected to a string so I think the handle can be removed.
If it isn't a blade
It looks like the user pushes on the handle instead of swinging. Cutting Ice blocks?

That's what I was thinking as well, knitting or rope making tool but it's bloody massive
