ok, thats tricky... i would need some larg res photo, but its somewhere east europe i guess. Maybe even Russia, cant see that flag back there well.

The plates on the small vehicles and the older looking buildings and flag makes me think it is a place in Poland in front of a movie theater whose address is the only thing visible in the shot. I do notice Christmas decorations but possibly in early November since no one is wearing a coat. Still hunting!

its not in the EU... i see that on reg. plates. EU plates look different.

My guess would be somewhere in south-east Asia. Maybe India? A former British colony?
