How many pull ups? Ladies?

How many pull ups* can you do? Especially any ladies here, how many?

I read (here) that fewer than half of women in boot camp for Marines could do 3.

So I tried it to see. I can only do 8 Marines style (palms forward). Maybe 11 several days ago? Hey, give me some credit, I don't have a bar to use so that was on my fingertips on a door frame.

I have no problem with women in combat assignments but I think the standards should be the same ones as for men. The requirements should be based on what the job requires and the standards for men were already determined to be that. Note that 3 women (of 15) did complete enlisted infantry training school meeting the same standards as have been used for men for quite a while. here

*Pull up - an exercise where you grasp a bar above you and lift yourself up until your chin is above the bar. AKA chin up.
