Crazy season at work so not much photo time.
Excuse the dirty window and the dirty dishes; both have since been washed but I love this time of year when the sun swings far enough to come into the kitchen. Also when the dogwood tree gives me it's annual remembrance of Mom:

Rebooted myself nicely with beach, boat, and bicycle therapy, camping out in flawless weather on the shore of Lake Huron.

oh very pretty place (and photos!) .. how did you sleep there? A tent? What about insect? usually there is so many moskitoes at the water.

The mosquitoes were not as friendly as usual so I did not see a lot of them. Despite being located in a cedar swamp the campground wasn't buggy. Being right on the big Lake helps as the wind rarely stops.
Hiking in the woods the deer flies ( = wild horse fly) could be incredibly persistent in making your acquaintance.
The only ones a Michigander really fears is the 'little black fly'; about the size of a fruit fly, they ninja their way in and leave behind over-sized swollen welts when they bite.
