All of the download pages for trueSpace and its updates lead to dead links.

How are you supposed to download this program, and will this issue be fixed?

Are you refering to Cellulo's archives?

I have fixed the download links for tS modelside 2.1 version and the tutorials videos posts, i can't fix the Steinie's post in General forum where there are the original trueSpace installer files to download, but the links are easy to fix just add "download" before "truespace", i have moved all trueSpace files in other folder on my new website until i will create the trueSpace page with all the contents.

I am referring to the downloads on http://truespace3d.free.fr/index.php/truespace-7-6/

Take a look at them. Most if not all lead to dead links.

Most of the downloads on truespace3d.free.fr should be working now.
I've moved them to a hosting service to keep the downloads working until Cellulo's new website is done.

Can you update the Unofficial Update(s) on your site to the newest revision, (September 04, 2018)?
Also with the newest revision, Clinton’s 3D Plugin.rsx is included and loaded upon installation.

The link for the Standalone version is wrong.
