Well... now it's doing it again and this time what I did before doesn't work. Deleting the DEFAULT.CTX file doesn't work at all. It creates a new file but with the default libraries. This is gonna drive me crazy!

Back in Dec 2016 you started having problems with your libraries. What are you doing BEFORE the problems start happening?
It seems to be recurring to you. I would suggest a total reinstall of trueSpace.
