Nice Audio Mixer with some features not seen in many out there for free...Namely Beat Matching (V2 & V3) AND Pitch Shifting (V3)...
Also you can use any DX plugin you have installed on the audio segments with adjustable envelopes
Version 2 is FULLY FREE & I actually UniExtracted the EXE so am using it portable...Version 3 MUST be installed but it has pitchshifting & other newer features...In version 3 it is PREMIUM FULL for 30 days then FREEWARE function there after with diminished features...

This ended up turning into much more of a Video App than audio so these early versions pretty much cover the bases for audio. The company started fading out in 2015 & has been gone at least 5 years now...
CPU & RAM usage is very favorable just hooking your directsound...The V2 Example tune used 70 MB Ram & under 5% CPU running full-on...
The beatmatching is good...If it is a ACiD WAV you can just drag on but if it is a standard WAV you should open it FIRST in the Trakkutter & shape it up proper before copying to a track then beatmatching works much better...
This real good for throwing together your tracker stems or clips....

There was a version 4 but it was just a straight-Up 15 day trial with NO diminished freeware option after...So version 2 or 3 are the ones to use...
I have not tested the VIDEO-IMAGE inclusion yet as I was more interested in the beatmatching & pitchshifting but it should work just wonderful looks easy.....
