Russian dev has some great stuff here...

Feature packed Screen Ruler & Note app which is WAY more than notes...

These will open in Russian but for the ruler you just right-click on the ruler & go down to english, Then it should default there-after...

For the notes you open the main window & choose ENG right on the GUI, Then good there-after...

Yes, and no...

I do have a Dell 5555 with Windows 10 64bit 8GB RAM 4GB GPU RAM DX11, etc...But I kinda hate it....Windows 10 is pure spyware so I run it OFFLINE ONLY! I only run some 64bit shit...Truth be known I'd rather have the GPU capability in XP SP3 machines...

I got that machine from a neighbor who I do favors for...I would never actually BUY a win 10 machine...What a crap OS....

I mostly use my XP machines, I have 7 of them and they are like power-user machines compared to Vista-7-8-10. Plus I can run the cooler older stuff which don't work in windows 10>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
