Is Truspace still relevent in 2018?
It's been far too long since I last used TS or any other modeling software for that matter. Sadly, I've forgotten a lot of what I learned over the years. I still have never found a better choice than TS, but I was wondering if most people have moved on to other 3d apps like Blender which I never cou...

Are floating tool bars an option in this version of Blender? Always preferred these options and would love to see this in blender.

Re: 3D Artists Reporting Back

Re: 3D Artists Reporting Back
Wow, it's been quite some time since I last posted, but I guess TS is a hard habit to break for long. Greetings to all. Leroy aka BNG. Most of my work was done on a laptop, but I stopped using it after stopping work on Battlezone II Combat Commander; it pretty much died a few months ago. Still love ...

Re: Using Apps and using Blender..!!!!
Sadly, I've never found Blender a productive application at all. I spent more time scratching my head on how to get stuff made then actually making stuff in Blender. I don't use even use Truespace anymore, but if I decided to starting modeling again then I would easily be able to get models made qui...

Re: AHHHHHHHH ! BINGO !
Hmm, I like the use of icons, but Blender is pretty much Blender no matter how you customize it's UI.

Re: Material Panel Disappeared
Perhaps you could do separate installation of 7.61b and see if the panel is there? If it is then maybe the other installation has become corrupted. You should be able to import most of your existing libraries into the new install.

Re: Truespace future proof for a very very long time?????
shame we cant have tS7 code... and someone who can code well.... but i think he is talking about Roseta, isnt he? I like the modeler part tho. Never was a fan of worskpace part. But it would be cool to have Roseta engine and logic of modeler UI. Same here...I never could quite wrap my head around t...

Re: D3D not working on Model Side
How is your system doing on RAM? I sometimes get a similar error message like system out of memory? Also, are your video drivers up to date? I feel your sense of frustration when things like this pop up messing with our creative flow.
