Playing with HDRI for fun

Just playing with an old file using the Truespace76_MS_Edition and trying out a Vray rendering.

My question is:

1. When I right-click to set Vray setting the Ground and Background Library panels disappear from the Setting panels. How do I get these back without doing a reset?

I think I helped my problem by going to delete cookies on this forum
Now I have to manually log in each time but no more extra tabs popping up
