I added Froo's Fluid Sim plugin to the trueSpacePlugins.com store.
Keep in mind that Froo's generous 50% off sale ends tonight!

This looks great Marcel!
I wonder if it will animate well without the loops though?

Re: Hello, I'm a new user and I need help with the Organics part
You have to Ctrl-drag the title bar of the bitmap object from the Link Editor to the thumbnail in the material panel. Alternately you could CTRL click on the thumbnail and browse to the file manually. Also note that there is a change in 7.6 that it not reflected in the video. You need to apply the m...

Re: Why does Truespace install microsoft Visual C++ 2005 ?
It's installing the VC 2005 runtime libraries because they are used by some of the components. trueSpace was built with VC2005 and has since been cancelled by Microsoft, so there won't be any future versions and thus no need to migrate the source code to VC2008. Also don't confuse the runtime librar...

Re: Yafaray, I can't use....
It's just an export script and not a true renderer plugin, so it won't show up in the offline render panel. You have to use the YafaRay4tS panel to export the scene and spawn the render process. You can use the icons that the toolbar installer adds to bring up the YafaRay4tS panel and to as a short ...

Re: AA doesn't work in Yafaray
Thanks, Buzz. I've gone back to school to finish my BS degree (doing 16 credits this semester), so haven't had as much time to hang out in the forums of late. :( You can see that there is anti-aliasing in the image you posted, so it's mainly just an issue of needing to use more AA passes and/or set ...

Re: Texturing - will it be exported?
The UVs should transfer. You'll probably want to apply GMax materials anyway once you get it into GMax. So just make sure that you don't use decals or any TS specific materials. I think this is a common issue that many users have when switching between programs. Each program has it's own Materials w...

Re: Best Graphics Card CustxBenefit
Video ram on a dedicated card is unrelated to motherboard ram. What you have to make sure is that your motherboard has a slot that the card can fit in: AGP, PCI, PCI-E, etc. All the current cards are PCI-E.

Re: Best Graphics Card CustxBenefit
Last I checked the AMD/ATI Radeon 4850 or 4770 is probably the best performance for the price.
You can find some good articles about price and performance for video cards here:
