Re: TExture paint help
Ty for anyone reading this and trying to help, so I needed to make sure and edit this, to let everyone know,, a bit of manual reading was clearly KEY (ugh) to my happy discovery that I can indeed do what I need to do. Spacekdet was helpful as well, making note (irc: come join us sometime ! ;)..) tha...

Re: FYI: Blender 2.65a display problem resolved.
There are so many 3d apps out there, and most of them are worthy of use 100% indeed. I used TS when it was V 1.0 , and 7.6 is just wonderful ,and given the price , its a godsend for those of us who can't afford anything else. I would still like to think if all others were free,as if we lived in a re...

Re: HELP inside TS
I can put up a screenie, but I doubt one is needed.
When I click HELP>manual, the html menu does come up in my browser , but then given each one is a PDF file, it then opens up my pdf viewer.
I just wanted to make sure that was the intended behavior.
thanks

Re: TS 7.61 B8 redraw issues
Yes, very odd indeed; its not there any longer, it seems they removed that setting for the 'desktop' side of windows 8. All that is there now, is: run in compat mode ( you choose which), run in 640x480 and disable display scaling on high DPI settings. I don't seem to be getting the redraw any longer...

crash on attempted UNDO
Hi all, I realize this may be my GPU card ( 8800 GTX), but I was wondering is there a possible known bug in TS7.6B8, where trying to undo a SDS level causing a crash. Im trying to make some terrain from a displacement map, and while I had created several levels and a very tight mesh therefore, I've ...

Re: which to choose
If cost is a issue for you, I strongly urge you to look at , Maratis: http://www.maratis3d.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Very light wonderful engine, and while it doesn't have a full feature set atm ( being worked on by several people, and of course plugins can be mad...

Re: TS 7.61 B8 redraw issues
I think ? it may have been where I downloaded the TS binary, as was noted by another user here in IRC chat, the webpage was noting possible virus infection, so I decided maybe that was causing it. NO reason to chance it, so I just redownloaded from moddb . SO far so good. I looked into TS properties...

IRC channel
HI there fellow TS fans and devs ;) I wanted to offer up the possibility to talk realtime with those who have the 'time' to do so and want to: Given TS is now free and open, it seems logical short of being on any other server, to use freenode, so therefore: irc.freenoe.net : ##truespace ( It has to ...
