NOPE!! Coded by a Black Guy from Kenya...It was actually a commercial product for awhile...
However it is made to be deeply compatible with GIMP, Photoshop, PSP, Photo-Paint...
Top-Level Genius-ware...Like a friend said who FINALLY tried it "The possibilities are an OCEAN!"...
