This is another in the fruit series, this time a dancing and singing orange. Once my business gets me my animations, I'll upload them to Youtube so you can see my animations!
This was mostly made in trueSpace, animated and textured, rigged and lighted in Softimage 2012.
From construction, riggin, textures, to finally animation and renders, took 4 weeks for the 3 fruit, a lemon, an apple, and this orange. Both stand up and sing a song, and tell a number of kids jokes in spanish for about 3 minutes.
It was a very fun little project.

Really Nice Draise! Your work is very good. Can't wait to see the animation. How do you like modeling in trueSpace? I love modeling in trueSpace more than any other app. I love everything about workspace side really except the broken bones system If MS didn't stop development I think it could have really taken off. There is nothing like it.

Re: Dancing Orange
I LOVE MODELLING IN TS! It's tools are very intuitive.
Also I made a new set of modelling keyboard shortcuts to reflect Autodesks Softimage (i think better and more logical than Maya's or 3Dmax's).
I love workspace side too! And the bones concepts of TS too, the whole TRUE IK rigs with ragdoll type manipulation and the "nails" it has. It's ahead of it's time. I have done some experiments to try find the bugs and work arounds in the bone system, and I hope to make some animations with it, something plausible, at least document the errors... And when I got some finance and developers, i'm gonna develop this software here in South America if I can! (but that'd be a while...)
Nice to know you like the software too.
