I would suggest starting a WIP and post screen shots when you get stuck. Ask for advise based on the problem in the screen capture. Work your way through the problem with the help of U3DA talent.
You learn and we all learn.

MMC jan.2011 Shipwreck Update
Here is a little update.
Re: MMC jan.2011 Shipwreck
Ok my last post on this, I don't want to hijack Mikom's thread. I have posted where I am getting stuck Steine. Well Rayman started a thread in response to a message I sent him. You can see where I am getting stuck there. Ray did send me a wire frame, but I still can't seem to get it So sorry Mikom and I will not post on here anymore, about that.
I do like your ship by the way.

Re: MMC jan.2011 Shipwreck
Finally after a long time waiting for trueSpace to work and after countless of "system out of memory" error messages I can finally present my ship.
I called her Gaia's Dream, she is no particular type of ship, completely my own design.
I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to make the shipwreck scene since my computer can hardly even render this image.
Larger image (recommended if you want to see all the details): http://media.moddb.com/images/groups/1/ ... render.jpg
Also, the render turned out rather strange, for example the shadows on the deck are totally wrong and the sign on the flag should be in the center, not where it is now.
